Good Morning and Welcome to St. Mary’s Church
TODAY: Music at St. Mary’s: “Black History Month Celebration”, 1:30 pm. A wonderful musical celebration in the spirit of the season by talented artists from our community. Music by Scott Joplin, Miles Davis, Billy Strayhorn and many others. Suggested donation $10. Come for a lovely afternoon of music and fun!
Epiphany Tuesdays: Prayer, Soup and Bible Study – During Epiphany we will gather on Tuesday evenings for prayer, soup and fellowship and Bible Study. We will begin with Holy Communion at 5:30 pm, have some soup together about 6:00 pm and undertake an “African Bible Study” from 6:30 – 7:30 pm. All are invited as we seek to follow the new light in our lives given to us in our savior Jesus.
The Vestry will meet February 18, Wednesday at 5:30 pm. All are welcome.
NEXT SUNDAY: Poetry Sunday: February 22: bring a favorite poem about Black history and a dish for potluck afterward. Please see the ECW for more details.
Shrove Tuesday: Pancake Supper, Tuesday, February 24 at 6:00 pm. Dinner followed by Bible study. Suggested donation $5.00.

New York Redeemers Coalition: Meeting Thursday, February 26th at 11:30 am at St. Ignatius Church, West 87th Street and West End Avenue. Come join us for real change!!

St. Mary’s Annual Meeting: the First Sunday of Lent, March 1st following the 10:00 am service. We will elect three new Vestry members and plan for the upcoming year. Please come and join in the life of St. Mary’s Church.
