Many Thanks to all who helped with the Craft Fair!!!

Thanks to all for a great Craft Fair. Especially thanks to Lisa Slocum, Lysander Puccio, Bonnie Phelps and all the bakers, Melissa Nieves, Christine Campbell, Dorothy Ross and all who made our first Craft Fair such a great success and a great time!! We raised over $1000 for St. Mary’s Church. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!


Work has begun on the Bell Cote! All the scaffolding in front of the Church is a sign of restoration for our Bell Cote. Please be patient as St. Mary’s gets a new ‘facelift!’ Thanks!

The Episcopal Church Women’s Prayer Committee meets today the second Sunday of the month following the 10:00 am service. Today’s session will be presented by Liz Mellen.

The Men’s Prayer Group will meet Saturday, Dec. 18th at 8:00 am. All men invited!

The Episcopal Church Women will meet next Sunday, Dec. 19th following the 10:00 am service. All women are invited, please see ECW coordinator, Dr. Celia Braxton for more information.

The Vestry will meet Monday, Dec. 20th at 6:00 pm. All are invited.

Blue Christmas: Dec. 23rd at 7:00 pm: A service for those who feel the death of loved ones especially during Christmas and the Holidays. Come join us as we ask God’s care for them and us at this time. For more information, please see Rev. Kooperkamp.

Christmas Eve Service: Dec. 24th at 7:30 pm, Come to celebrate the birth of Christ and give God thanks for the great gift of our salvation. During the Christmas season we will have special music during the services by the Harlem Chamber Players, featuring our own Liz Player; Ms. April Armstrong, sprano; and Vita Wallace of the Orfeo Duo.

Eccelsia: Marcus Garvey Park: Sundays at 2:00 pm. St. Mary’s is the lead congerga-tion on the first Sunday each month. We need volunteers to help us make the lunches for the service. Also: St. Mary’s Homeless Street Outreach: Saturdays, 12:00 noon preparation and 2:00 pm street outreach. Please let us know if you can help and please keep the Homeless Street Outreach in your prayers.

Movies at St. Mary’s: St. Mary’s and Ecclesia Ministries will show movies at 6:00 pm on Fridays. Come for the fellowship, the popcorn and the FUN!! Also, we need volunteers to help. Please let Lisa Slocum know if you can help out. Thanks!! Please tell Lysander Puccio your favorite movie so we can show it.
