Blessed be the One, Holy and Living God.
And blessed be God's freedom now and forever. Amen.

Thus says the high and lofty One who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy, "I dwell in the high and holy place and also with the one who has a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble and to revive the heart of the contrite. Isaiah 57:15

Apertorio

Bendito sea Dios: Padre, Hijo y Espíritu Santo.
iY bendito sea tu reino, ahora y por siempre! Amén.

Confession of Sin

Let us confess our sins against God, our neighbors, and ourselves:

God of all mercy, we confess that we have sinned against you, resisting your power in our lives. We have not honored you in ourselves, in each other, and in the world which you have made. Reach out your saving arm and rescue us. Forgive, restore, and strengthen us through our Savior Jesus Christ, that we may abide in your love and serve only your will for your people and all creation. Amen.

Almighty God have mercy on you, forgive you all your sins through our Lord Jesus Christ, strengthen you in all goodness, and by the power of the Holy Spirit, keep you in eternal life. Amen.

The Apostles' Creed

I believe in God, the Father almighty,
Creator of heaven and earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ,
God’s only Son, our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died and was buried;
he descended to the dead.
On the third day he rose again,
he ascended into heaven,
and is seated at the right hand
of the Father;
he will come again to judge
the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
The holy Catholic Church,
The communion of saints,
The forgiveness of sins,
The resurrection of the body,
And the life everlasting. Amen.

a vivos y muertos.
Creo en el Espíritu Santo,
la santa Iglesia católica,
la comunión de los santos,
el perdón de los pecados,
la resurrección de los muertos,
y la vida eterna. Amén.

The Prayers

Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your Name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our sins, as we forgive those who sin against us. Save us from the time of trial, and deliver us from evil. For the kingdom, the power, and the glory, are yours, now and for ever. Amen.

Prayers & Collects/

In the power of the Spirit and in union with Christ, let us pray to the Lord:

For the peace of the whole world, for the welfare of the Holy Church of God, for the unity of all and the integrity of each, ... Holy God,
send us your Spirit.

For Justin, Archbishop of Canterbury, Michael, our Presiding Bishop, Andrew, Mary and Allen our bishops, for the leaders of all churches and for people of faith everywhere... Holy God,
send us your Spirit.

For the leaders of all nations, for all in authority, and for all who advocate for the common good... Holy God,
send us your Spirit.

For this community of Harlem, this city of New York, for every city, town and village, and for all the people who live within them... Holy God,
send us your Spirit.

For good weather and for abundant harvests for all to share, and for the healing of your creation... Holy God,
send us your Spirit.

For those who travel, for the sick and the suffering, for prisoners and captives, and for their safety, health and salvation... Holy God,
send us your Spirit.

For our deliverance from all oppression, affliction, strife and need... Holy God,
send us your Spirit.

Remembering our ancestors in faith, and all who have died, and in communion with Blessed Mary the Godbearer and all the saints, we commit ourselves, one another, and our whole life to Christ our God;
to you, O Lord our God.

(silent pause, particular intercessions/thanksgivings may be offered)

Lord, we pray that your grace may always precede and follow us, that we may continually be given to good works; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.

Holy and everliving God, by your power we are created and by your love we are redeemed; guide and strengthen us by your Spirit, that we may give ourselves to your service, and live each day and night in love to one another and to you, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

The General Thanksgiving

Almighty God, Father of all mercies, we your unworthy servants give you humble thanks for all your goodness and loving-kindness to us and to all whom you have made. We bless you for our creation, preservation, and all the blessings of this life; but above all for your immeasurable love in the redemption of the world by our Lord Jesus Christ; for the means of grace, and for the hope of glory. And, we pray, give us such an awareness of your mercies, that with truly thankful hearts we may show forth your praise, not only with our lips, but in our lives, by giving up our selves to your service, and by walking before you in holiness and righteousness all our days; through Jesus Christ our Lord, to whom, with you and the Holy Spirit, be honor and glory throughout all ages. Amen.
