The service will continue its time-honored tradition of the reading of “A Visit from St. Nicholas” by Clement Clarke Moore with the classic poem being read by Bishop Matthew F. Heyd, 17th Bishop of New York.
8 am, Monday-Friday Online Morning Prayer with the Diocese of New York

A 30 minute Zoom service: join together daily in shared prayer— the foundation of our Anglican tradition and our lives as Christians.  Using the 1979 Book of Common Prayer rite II morning prayer liturgy, the service will include different leaders as officiants and feature diverse voices to offer brief daily reflections.

Kairos Center for Religions, Rights and Social Justice UWS Posadas

St. Mary’s will host Dec 20 at 4 pm, starting at the Forum (125 & Broadway)

Las Posadas is a Christmas tradition celebrated in Mexico and other Latin American countries that commemorates Mary and Joseph’s journey from Nazareth to Bethlehem, asking for lodging/Posada.

Join us one evening or all evenings as we prepare for a petition delivery to End Child Poverty in New York on our last evening together. New York State continues to have the worst income inequality and some of the highest child poverty rates in the nation, yet we also have the resources to solve these problems.

David and Fatima Logan-Altson (who have contributed to our Pinkster celebrations the past couple of years) will lead us in exploring the purpose, symbols, and positive outcomes of celebrating Kwanzaa with drumming, dance, a song, and congregation participation during the morning Eucharist.

Three Kings Day/Tres Reyes Fiesta/Celebration for Children/Niñ@s Saturday, January 7 An annual celebration for children with crafts (crown-making a favorite), gifts (see below to donate), and treats.
To volunteer! Help needed to support children’s activities in craft-making, gift-choosing, or snack provisions.
To donate new toys! In the past toys have been donated by Columbia Community Service; this year we are welcoming donations of new toys for all ages.
